These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of autometick ("Platform", "Services") operated from India. By creating an account or using the Services in any way, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Indian law to use our Services. By registering, you represent that you meet these requirements.
Organizations registering on behalf of a business represent that they have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

autometick provides access to the WhatsApp Business Platform via Meta's Cloud API. By using our Services you agree to comply with:
You are solely responsible for obtaining proper consent from your end-customers before messaging them through our platform. Sending unsolicited messages (spam) is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.
You may use autometick solely for lawful business purposes including customer support, sales conversations, broadcast messaging to opted-in contacts, and AI-assisted communication workflows.

The following additional terms apply to merchants who install autometick via the Shopify App Store. In case of conflict between these terms and the general terms above, these Shopify-specific terms prevail for Shopify merchants.
6.1 Shopify Billing
Shopify merchants' subscriptions are billed through the Shopify Billing API. By approving a subscription within the Shopify admin, you authorize recurring charges to your Shopify account. Billing is governed by Shopify's own billing terms in addition to our pricing terms. Shopify may collect and remit payment on our behalf.
6.2 Shopify API Access & Data
By installing the app, you authorize autometick to access your Shopify store data via the Shopify Admin API using the OAuth scopes displayed during installation. These scopes include read and write access to orders, customers, fulfillments, checkouts, and products — as required to deliver the Services. You may revoke this access at any time by uninstalling the app.
6.3 Merchant as Data Controller
You are the data controller for your customers' personal data stored in your Shopify store. autometick processes this data as a data processor, solely as instructed by your app configuration (e.g., which order events trigger WhatsApp messages, which customers to include in broadcasts). You are responsible for:
6.4 Shopify Partner Program Compliance
autometick operates as a Shopify Partner and complies with the Shopify Partner Program Agreement and Shopify API Terms of Service. We do not use Shopify API data for any purpose beyond providing the Services described in this agreement and in our Privacy Policy.
6.5 App Uninstall & Data Deletion
Upon uninstalling autometick from your Shopify store, your access to the Services ceases immediately. All data associated with your store is permanently deleted within 30 days of the uninstall event, consistent with our Privacy Policy and Shopify's shop/redact webhook requirements. Subscription charges cease from the next billing cycle following uninstall.
6.6 Acceptable Use on Shopify
You must not use autometick's Shopify integration to message customers who have not placed orders with your store or who have not opted in to WhatsApp communications. Broadcast messaging must only target customers who have consented to receiving marketing or transactional messages via WhatsApp.
Access to paid features requires an active subscription. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, or annual basis depending on your chosen plan.
For non-Shopify users, payments are processed securely via Razorpay. For Shopify merchants, subscriptions are managed through the Shopify Billing API (see Section 6.1). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for recurring fees. Pricing may change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

autometick's AI Employee features are powered by third-party AI models. AI-generated responses are automated and may not always be accurate. You are responsible for reviewing AI agent configurations and ensuring responses are appropriate for your business context.
We do not guarantee specific outcomes from AI usage. AI message limits apply per your subscribed plan.
All rights, title, and interest in the autometick platform — including software, design, trademarks, and content — belong to autometick or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for your internal business purposes only.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform without prior written consent.
You retain ownership of all content, data, and messages you upload or transmit through the platform. By using our Services, you grant autometick a limited license to process and store such content solely to provide the Services to you.
You are solely responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
Our Services integrate with third-party platforms including WhatsApp (Meta), Shopify, Razorpay, and others. Your use of these integrations is also governed by their respective terms and policies. autometick is not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of third-party services.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, autometick and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or relating to your use of the Services.
Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you to autometick in the three months preceding the claim.
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless autometick and its officers, directors, and employees from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, your use of third-party services (including WhatsApp and Shopify), or infringement of any third-party rights.
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. You may cancel your account through account settings or, for Shopify merchants, by uninstalling the app from your Shopify admin. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited activities, or for any other reason with or without notice.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Provisions relating to intellectual property, liability limitations, indemnification, and governing law survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through good-faith negotiation.
If not resolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in India under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction for matters not subject to arbitration.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
